Russian drivers are also licenced to transport horses in European countries. Kaido Puusepp from Akhal-Teke EST was in Moscow on the March of 10th-12th 2008 in conjuction to organize at the Moscow Transporters' Association (MAK) the accrediting and licencing Russian drivers and their horse transportation trucks upon EU regulations for driving in European Union countries.
