Guli-Star is a long-waited foal at our farm. Her father 873 Gulistan was the first son of the line founder 721 Kaplan himself. Gulistan was exported from Turkmenistan to Latvia and he had never been used in purebred breeding during his life. He had had remarkable size and extraordinary good gradings. Luckily we got the frozen semen of him and more than 25 years after Gulistan's death, we had a real luck to get the first mare Sonata pregnant with that - so this makes Guli-Star as the fist purebred foal of Gulistan! Guli-Star is carrying pure Turkmen lines through both her parents and we are really happy to have a chance to use Gulistan's unique bloodlines in our breeding.

Guli-Star is a very nice-looking mare who shows great strength and elegance at the same time. She is extremely social and doesn't let anybody
away without scratching her!

In 2011 we got a beautiful black colt Mirasgul out of her by Myrat - this boy has a touch of Myrat by look and Gulistan-Kaplan by markings. In 2013 we got another lovely colt out of her - Soynmek, by Serdarjan, the colt with great character and striking look with his 3 white legs. In 2015 Guli-Star got a great black colt by Kadjaran whom we sadly lost later. But in 2016 she got another great colt by Kadjaran again.
